Psychotherapist | EMDR Trained

Chris Chamberlin (he/they), LMHC-D, NCC, MA, EdM, is a board-certified, New York State

licensed psychotherapist and founder of Mosaic Holistic Psychotherapy, offering integrative,

trauma-informed psychotherapy, coaching, and psychedelic integration services. With more than

25 years of experience across higher education, private practice, crisis response, and community

mental health settings, Chris brings a deeply relational and holistic approach to supporting

authentic growth and meaningful change.

Chris is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and psychedelic-assisted

psychotherapy, including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Their work centers on

helping individuals reconnect with their inner capacity for healing, better understand the many

parts of themselves, and cultivate lives aligned with their values, identities, and lived

experiences. Chris is deeply committed to providing affirming, identity-conscious care for

2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, supporting clients navigating questions of identity, belonging, self-

acceptance, relational patterns, minority stress, and the impact of systemic oppression. Their

approach honors the complexity and resilience of LGBTQIA+ lived experience and seeks to

create a therapeutic space grounded in authenticity, dignity, and empowerment.

In addition to clinical work, Chris has held senior leadership roles in higher education, including

serving as Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, and currently serves as

Clinical Training Clinic Director in Counselor Education. This breadth of experience informs

Chris’s commitment to supporting individuals navigating identity exploration, life transitions,

trauma recovery, and personal or professional growth within a compassionate, collaborative

therapeutic relationship.

Through a client-centered, relational, and affirming lens, Chris works with adults, couples, and

groups, with particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those seeking integrative

and holistic pathways toward wellbeing. Chris’s work is grounded in the belief that healing

occurs in spaces where individuals feel seen, respected, and supported in bringing their full

selves forward.
